Terms governing your use of Vidforge AI's image and video generation services

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Vidforge AI's website, AI image and video generation tools, credits, subscriptions, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account, purchasing credits or a subscription, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on that organization's behalf.
Vidforge AI provides tools that use artificial intelligence to help you create images and videos from prompts, reference images, and other content you choose to submit. The available features, supported models, output settings, credit costs, and generation times may change as the Services evolve.
Some features rely on third-party AI models or infrastructure. Their availability, behavior, and output may vary. We may add, change, limit, or remove a model or feature when reasonably necessary to operate, improve, or protect the Services.
You must provide accurate information when creating and maintaining your account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs through your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
We may suspend or restrict an account when we reasonably believe it has been used fraudulently, unlawfully, or in violation of these Terms.
Certain features require credits. Credit costs depend on the selected model and generation settings and are shown in the Services before you submit a generation. Credits, subscription benefits, prices, billing intervals, and any expiration period are displayed on the applicable plan, package, checkout, or account page.
You are responsible for reviewing the applicable price, billing, renewal, and expiration terms before completing a purchase. If a subscription is configured to renew, you can manage it through the billing settings or payment-provider portal made available to you.
Except where required by law or stated in our Refund Policy, credit purchases and subscription payments are non-refundable. If an eligible generation fails, Vidforge AI may return the credits associated with that failed generation in accordance with the applicable product flow; this is not a cash refund.
We respect your privacy. We process the prompts, reference images, and content you generate through the Services only to process generation requests, deliver results, maintain your account and creation records, protect the Services, and comply with legal obligations.
Unless we obtain your explicit permission or are required to do so by applicable law, Vidforge AI does not use your content to train, fine-tune, or improve AI models, and does not sell your content. For more information about how we handle personal information, please review our Privacy Policy.
You must not use the Services to create, upload, request, or distribute content that:
We may remove content, refuse a generation, limit access, or suspend an account when we reasonably believe this section has been violated.
AI-generated content can be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Do not rely on Outputs as professional legal, medical, financial, safety, or other expert advice. You are solely responsible for reviewing Outputs, obtaining any needed permissions, and using them in compliance with applicable laws, platform rules, and third-party rights.
Vidforge AI and its licensors own the Services, including their software, interface, branding, and other materials, excluding your Inputs and subject to the rights described above for Outputs. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our name, logo, or brand assets except as permitted by law or with our prior written permission.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vidforge AI disclaims all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vidforge AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Services.
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the Services, or third parties, or when you violate these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the effective date. Your continued use of the Services after the updated Terms take effect means that you accept them.
